| Today was a gloomy and rainy day without any contrast in the sky. At least, for most of the day, but in the early evening I saw a nice feature while looking out of my window at home. Near the surface cold front an embedded linear line with showers formed and these were preceeded by a nice whale's mouth display. The showers weren't active and/or photogenic at all, but the whale's mouth looked not too bad for this time of year! |
